This Cookie Policy explains how Advanced Evaluation Firm LLC (“we”, “us”, “our” or “FTT Funded”) uses cookies and similar technologies on fttfunded.com, app.fttfunded.com and any other website we operate that links to this policy (together, the “Sites”). It forms part of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data more generally.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. They let the website recognise your device, remember your preferences and understand how the website is used.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
- First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies, such as analytics or advertising providers, and can let them recognise your device on other websites.
Similar technologies
- Browser storage: we use your browser’s local storage and session storage for purposes similar to cookies, for example to pass an affiliate referral code between pages.
- Pixels: a pixel (also called a web beacon or tag) is a small piece of code that tells a provider that a page was viewed or that an action, such as a click on a checkout button, took place. We use the Meta Pixel for this purpose.
- Server-side event sharing: in addition to the Meta Pixel, we send some of the same events to Meta from our own server (through the Conversions API, using a gateway at s.fttfunded.com), so that advertising can be measured even when browser tracking is limited. We only share these events if you have consented to advertising cookies.
- Session recording: our analytics provider, PostHog, may record how you interact with our pages (for example clicks, scrolling and mouse movements) so that we can find and fix usability problems. Text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded.
Which cookies do we use?
Strictly necessary
These cookies are needed for the Sites to work or to provide a feature you have asked for. They cannot be switched off in our systems.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
manual-lang-selection |
FTT Funded | Remembers the language you selected so that we do not redirect you to another language | 1 year |
auto-lang-detected |
FTT Funded | Records that we have already redirected you based on your browser language, so it only happens once | 1 year |
cw_conversation and other cw_* cookies |
Chatwoot | Keep your live chat conversation open as you move between pages | Up to 1 year |
| Client Area session cookies | FTT Funded | Keep you logged in to app.fttfunded.com and protect your account | Session or as set at login |
Analytics
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Sites so that we can improve them. We only use them with your consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ph_<project key>_posthog |
PostHog (privacy policy) | Assigns a random identifier to your browser and links your visits to the website and the Client Area, so that we can measure usage, conversions and affiliate attribution | 1 year |
We also use Vercel Web Analytics (privacy policy) to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Advertising and affiliate attribution
These cookies and pixels measure the performance of our advertising and of our affiliate programme, and allow advertising platforms to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested in them. We only use them with your consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp |
Meta Platforms (privacy policy) | Identifies your browser so that Meta can measure our ads and show them to relevant audiences | 90 days |
_fbc |
Meta Platforms | Stores the identifier of the Meta ad you clicked to reach our Sites | 90 days |
ftt_aff_ref |
FTT Funded | Stores the referral code of the affiliate whose link you followed, so that the affiliate is credited if you make a purchase | 30 days |
When you arrive through an affiliate link, we also tell our affiliate system about the visit (including your IP address, browser user agent, the page and the referring website) so that affiliates can see how many visits their link generated.
Your choices
- Cookie banner and cookie settings: when you first visit our Sites, our cookie banner lets you accept, reject or manage cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page:
- strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent and are always active;
- analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you consent to them. You can accept or reject all of them, or allow only the categories you prefer, by choosing “Accept all”, “Reject all” or “Manage settings”.
- Browser settings: most browsers let you see, delete and block cookies, including blocking only third-party cookies. Each browser is different, so check its help pages. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Sites, such as the Client Area, may not work properly.
- Meta advertising: you can control how Meta uses data from other websites to show you ads in your Meta ad preferences and through Meta’s “Your activity off Meta technologies” settings.
- Industry opt-outs: you can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative and, in Europe, Your Online Choices.
- Blocking scripts and pixels: browser extensions that block trackers will also prevent our analytics and advertising scripts from loading.
Opt-out settings apply only to the browser and device on which you set them. If you opt out of interest-based advertising, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
