- To attribute affiliate referrals: to identify which affiliate referred you and to calculate affiliate commissions.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights: to keep accounting and tax records, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- To create anonymised data: we may create aggregated or anonymised data, including anonymised Simulated Trading information as described in Clause 15 of our Terms and Conditions, and use it for any lawful purpose. We do not attempt to re-identify anonymised data.
We may use automated tools, including tools based on artificial intelligence, to assist with customer support and to detect Forbidden Trading Practices and fraud. Where such a tool leads to a decision with significant effects on you, such as the termination of an account, the decision is reviewed by a member of our team, and you can contest it by contacting us.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it only as described below:

- Affiliates of our programme, which receive limited information about the visits and purchases attributed to their referral code (but not your identity documents or payment details).
- Our corporate group, our affiliates and partners involved in providing the Services, including anonymised Simulated Trading information as described in our Terms and Conditions.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and insurers.
- Public authorities and others, where we are required by law or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

- Anyone else with your consent or at your direction.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, to resolve disputes and to prevent fraud. In particular:
- Account, Order and Simulated Trading data are kept for as long as you have an account and for up to five (5) years after your last activity, so that we can handle claims and prevent abuse.
- KYC and payment records are kept for as long as required by applicable anti-money-laundering, tax and accounting rules, which is usually five (5) to seven (7) years after the end of our relationship.
- Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or object, after which we keep only the record of your opt-out.
- Cookie and analytics data are kept for the periods set out in our Cookie Policy.
When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymise it. Where this is not immediately possible (for example, because the data is in backup archives), we store it securely and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
How do we protect your personal data?
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and restricted access for our staff and service providers. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process personal data in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from, and less protective than, the laws of the country where you live. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for these transfers, as described in Additional information for users in Europe.
Your choices
- Account information: you can review and update certain account information in the Client Area.
- Marketing: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email or by contacting us. You will continue to receive service messages.
- Cookies and advertising: you can control cookies and interest-based advertising as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Do Not Track: some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, we do not currently respond to them.
- Declining to provide data: if you do not provide the data we need (for example, for KYC), we may not be able to provide certain Services, such as a Funded Account or a Payout.

- correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- delete your personal data;
- restrict our processing of your personal data;
- object to our processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing;
- receive your personal data in a portable format and have it transferred to another controller;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we process your data based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal; and
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@fttfunded.com. We will respond within the time limits required by applicable law, usually within one (1) month. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may decline a request where the law allows us to (for example, where we must keep data to comply with a legal obligation). If we decline a request, we will tell you why.
Children
The Services are only available to individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Client Area before they take effect, and we will update the date at the top of this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
